Host Hotel: Crown Plaza

Rates: Single/Double $115.00 per room Triple/Quad $125.00 per room

Reservations at the Crowne Plaza must be made using a specific reservation form. This form is available from your Local League Coordinator once you win your league.

The Crowne Plaza has tennis courts on site that are available on a first come, first serve basis (one hour time limit) and are open from 7:00am - 7:00pm. There is also a golf course on site as well as a fitness center and a couple of restaurants. For more information on the Crowne Plaza, visit their web site.

Would you like up to 3 nights of your stay at the Crowne Plaza for free?
Well, if your entire team stays at the Crowne Plaza, your team will be entered into a drawing to win up to 3 free room nights. You must enter the drawing at the Tournament Registration desk on Wednesday Night and the drawing will be held at the player party.

Courts

Asheville Racquet and Fitness Center - 15 courts

  • Full use of the facility is free to all state tournament participants during the tournament.
  • Club hours are: Thursday 5am-10pm, Friday 5am-9pm, Saturday 8am-7pm.
  • Racquet stringing is available, racquets should be turned in by 3pm and they will be ready by match time the following morning.
  • Euphoria Cafe will be open during the tournament and serves a variety of wraps, sandwiches, salads and smoothies.

Aston Park - 12 courts

  • The Pro shop will be open for business during the tournament and sells a variety of tennis supplies, limited apparel, soft drinks and snacks.
  • Racquet stringing is available at any time. Cost is $20 including strings, $10 if player provides string.
  • Parking is limited at the center but there is parking on both sides of Hilliard Avenue and in the graveled parking lot across from the courts.
  • Please do not park across the street inside the fence (paved lot) as your car will be towed.
  • Lunches will be available by the local CTA with proceeds going to support the local junior tennis programs.

Friday Night Party

Massage Therapy for Players

A little stiff, need to relax? Massage Therapy will be available for players at the Asheville Racquet Club during the tournament! Services available:

  • Chair Massage: $1 per minute. Great for relaxing and working on upper body issues in a short amount of time.
  • Full Massage: $35 for half hour, $65 per hour. Integrating Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Thai modalities.
